Cystic acne

I have recurring cystic acne and have not found a cure. They are very painful and if they surface before they heal they usually scab and peal. I am constantly trying to find ways to heal them and always apply additional makeup to cover them.

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Patty, I hope your problem is gone by now. However, if it is still on your face, why don't you try one cucumber a day? Not only is it good for your diet but also great treatment for your acne. Try for a month and see the changes. (i.e. My best friend's face was completely covered by reddish acne. She ate 1 cucumber per day for a month and guess what? She has her best facial skin now :) )

Ok, so I took the advise and tried Epicuren's Acidophilus Probiotic Facial Cream and I love it. I can already see a difference in my pores and although I still had one breakout, none of it was cystic. Thank you so much!
