If your on a budget constraint, or slept over a friends house, and youre stuck with merely a nearly finished eye pencil, trace your bottom eye lid until its dark and defined. Then line your upper lid. Take vaseline in and lightly wipe across lid. and then stroke lashes. It's a quick home-made fix that gives off the smokey eye look but also appears shimmery and glossed over thanks to the vaseline.
