About Ivana:
Venesa “Ivana” Foster is a dynamic life coach, motivational speaker, trainer (both public and private sector), instructional designer and consultant with over 17 years of solid experience in the industry.
Aspirations Development Consulting, LLC:
Dedicated to her passion involving the enhancing and building of others, she is the owner and visionary of Aspirations Development Consulting, LLC located in Atlanta and Augusta, Georgia.
Within this passionate arena, Ivana provides synergistic life coaching, motivational speaking and training to teams and individuals who have identified themselves as “success-driven.” It is also here that she shares her life experiences of “Conquering Self” and those self-defeating thoughts and behaviors to embrace ALL of Life's Wonderful Opportunities.
Assisting All “Success-Driven” individuals, Ivana specializes in “Moving and Motivating” women (ages 18 years and over) as well as women "in the life".
Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology, Master of Education in Adult Education and Instructional/Curriculum Design. Embracing the notion of “sharpen her saw”, she is currently a Doctoral student pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Instructional Leadership.
Ivana is Editor of "The SpeakHers' Notes", a newsletter dedicated to Life Coaches, Motivational Speakers, Facilitators, Presenter, and Trainers.
