AVON:

I LOVE makeup and selling Avon may not be the best idea I have had (lol). It's like a drug addict selling drugs -

I do other businesses than Avon but I am compelled to look good for meetings, networking and clients and what better place to get it than..AVON!

I received my order this week and found some great products I am really feeling.

We have a lipstick Pink Tiara (296-842). I was not really liking it at first because I was using a pink glamourstick lip liner (400-166). I consider myself the color of hot chocolate BEFORE you add the water :-) so I was not carrying the mixture well. Before I decided to "gift" the lipstick to a friend who would want it - I decided to line my lips with chocolate (516-652). WOW! I loved the mixture - at least on me - it made the pink less blaring and was really a great look! and the pink tiara is part of the glazeware DIAMONDS line. I also loved the fact that I did not have to add clear lipgloss for a ship - it is built into the line!!!! I am loving this lipstick. And it barely cost me $5 for lipstick and liner ( it is a mini liner though for .99)

I am also loving the retinol line with SPF 15. I was leery of this product because it is also a plumping lipstick. I tried another line and it BURNED the mess out of me so I have be avoiding it like the PLAGUE. But I decided to risk getting the clear lip conditioner (757-874) because I am still getting over the flu and my lips are SO dry and scaley and UGLY and I was desperate. So far I have no burning, I can tell it is there but nothing that is very noticable - s o I am very please with it and for Jan it is only $3.99, so worth my money!

A few weeks ago I bought 24k glamour golden wine ( 771-282) it has 24k gold in it - I was very happy with the color and now that I have the lip conditioner it will apply much better on me! :-)

I bought last summer a 3 palet eyeshadow Ice Shimmer (103-180) with cream base shadow - I still have plenty but I do like it and will purchase it again.

I am not an expert on eyeshadow application -so all that I do is trial and error - my true goal is to be able to apply eye make up real well - not just by accident some days. lol!

Well that is my take on my recent purchases - I have quite a few different lipsticks from Avon from last year ( 4 different reds!) and of course I still have plenty to try!! lol.... And for the price why don't you try a few too? :-)
