- Kirei Makeup is owned and run independently by Jilly Ijoe. Jilly is a 4th year undergrad Hons. B.A Psych students at McMaster University and a certified makeup artist who graduated from Paramita Academy of Makeup Inc. in Summer 2008.
Kirei means beauty. Jilly’s mission in creating Kirei Makeup is to provide a unique look for each of her clients that would best suit not only their physical appearance but also their individuality. Jilly believes that beauty is inside and outside.
