Âme Cosmetics was established in April of 2007 after Sheri Green, Âme Founder & CEO, was tired of having the foundation that looked best on her complexion discontinued again and again by cosmetic companies that didn’t feel catering to woman of color was profitable. That is when she decided to create Âme Cosmetics and make it their pledge to ensure all women have the tools they need to enhance their natural beauty. We believe all women are beautiful in their own way. That's why our slogan is " Âme Cosmetics...the essence of you".
We feature foundations, pressed powders, lipsticks, lip gloss, eye shadows, cleanser, toners and much more. For fresh vibrant looking skin, eyes, lips and cheeks Âme Makeup and Skin Therapy is here, ready and willing to help every women unlock their natural beauty. It is our pleasure to provide the best cosmetics and skincare products available at prices that make our competitors nervous.

Âme Cosmetics is dedicated in another way too. We have a firm philanthropic belief which is clear and simple - believe in something, support it and be active. It's that belief that led us to become active participants in the Susan B. Koman Foundation Annual Walk for the Cure. We are the official sponsors of a Race for the Cure Team called "The Byrd's Nest". Âme Cosmetics is sponsoring The Byrd's Nest again in 2008 and will be donating 20% of all sales during the month of May and June in support of The Byrd's Nest fund raising efforts.
