THE PURPOSE:

Imagine this scene: a young woman in a bride's dress running from a pay phone. The phone is hanging off the hook, swaying in the wind. She glances back. We catch a glimpse of her. The scene is black and white, only a touch of red; her hand is bleeding. What happened?

THEME: Mystery

INFO:

Why is a bride running from a phone booth with the phone hanging off the hook, swaying in the wind. Who was on the line? Why is her hand bleeding, how did she cut it? Did someone cut it? Or was she in a hurry and cut it on something? Who is she running from?



We see signs. A phone, it must have rang at some point. Her hand is bleeding, the only color, indicator of something? Was it a warning she heard on the other end? From who?



Where is the groom? Is she infact about to be married? Why did she get scared? Was she speaking with a lover? Was she calling out for help? Is she telling something with the cut hand, warning us of danger? Is she asking for help, but she's running?



Where is she? In a city or near a marina? Is it crowded where she's running or a barren street or sidewalk? Are people looking at her or is has time stopped and she's all alone, running? She glances back, quick glance, what is she saying to us?
