Buy Mark Cosmetics Online! Comment by Buy Mark Cosmetics Online! on August 10, 2009 at 11:47am
Hi everyone!
I've written several articles that highlight beauty tips - everything from waterproofing your face, to the Brazilian Keratin Treatment, to great acne busters - check them out by clicking here.
Here are two useful tips/products I've discovered recently:
To minimize a large or wide nose, take a thin foam powder puff applicator and swipe bronzer (one or two shades darker than your skin-tone) down each side of your nose, leaving a stripe of your natural skin color down the center. This will instantly slim a wide nose. If you have a wide and long nose, also apply one quarter-inch swipe of bronzer right above the tip of your nose. This will automatically "shorten" your nose. Swipe gently with a fluffy powder brush, or blot your regular face powder over the top for perfect blending.
To combat oily skin, use a Kaolin Clay based loose powder both under and over foundation. I'm currently selling an awesome one called "Mattify" on Ebay. This keeps even super-oily skin looking matte for 4-6 hours and gives makeup extra long staying power.
To keep foundation in place all day, try a product called "Model in a Bottle Setting Spray". Just a few spritzes over your completed makeup will make it last 3x longer than usual. I don't know what I would do without this stuff! It's gotten me through many humid summer vacations & water-park visits.
Hope these tips help you out!

Great Tips For Thin Lips
1. First, apply Lip Primer on lips, inside and outside your lip line, to extend the wear and help prevent lipstick and lip gloss from feathering or bleeding.
2. Next, to erase the existing lip line, apply concealer or foundation to the lips.
3. Next use lip liner to draw a line slightly above the natural top lip and around the bottom lip lines. Fill in lips completely with lip liner to create a matte base that helps increase lipstick wear.
4. Then dab a small amount of concealer to the center of the top and bottom lips.
5. Next, apply lipstick to the top lip working from the center out. Then apply to the bottom lip, sweeping color from corner to corner.
6. Finish with coordinating color of lip gloss. Apply lip gloss to the center of the top and bottom lips to help make lips appear fuller.

* And here's a tip when it comes to picking the perfect lipstick shade. Remember that the lighter colors illuminate and help make lips appear fuller. Bright, warm colors tend to make lips look more youthful while darker colors can cause lips to appear smaller.

blow dry your eyelash curler before using it. cool it down a little bit, so that it's warm, but not hot. use your curler, apply waterproof mascara (2coats) and you'll have gorgeous lashes through out the day. Very impt tip esp. for Asians

I love to mix and match colors on my lips. This is something that our make up artist showed me. My favorite is a pink lip liner, with a pink lipstick. Then use a small brush ( one you use for eyeshadow) and some color mineral make up. I love to use the light blue. Gives a great color with the pink liner and lipstick. Then to top it off, some clear lip gloss.
